The CENTERMAX multifunctional steel pipe machining center integrates the functions of the following equipment:

-C50ES CNC pipe bending machine: suitable for processing carbon steel and stainless steel pipes with a maximum outer diameter of 50mm;

-USFL 24/37ES CNC card sleeve pre installation and expansion dual-use machine: suitable for pre installing DIN2353 standard card sleeve joints and 37 ° expansion, with a maximum outer diameter of 42mm and a wall thickness of 4mm for steel pipes. The equipment is also designed with two pistons, the high station is used to process steel pipes that have been bent to 180 °, and the low station is used to process standard steel pipes;

-S02 deburring machine: equipped with 6-42mm inner and outer deburring tools;

-Steel pipe cutting saw: capable of cutting steel pipes with a maximum outer diameter of 125mm;
